BROKEN ARROW COACHING PLAN OFFERINGS
We've partnered with Tahoe local and Broken Arrow enthusiast MVB Coaching for 2025. Spearheaded by founder and head coach Martin Benes, MVB Coaching is held in high regard by athletes across the country for helping them achieve their trail and ultra goals. Based in Truckee, California, MVB Coaching is also widely known for keeping it fun, with many client testimonials focusing upon how their love of the sport was reinvigorated by MVB Coaching plans.
We've designed a cost-effective, fun and engaging set of coaching plans for budgets and desires of all types, and we hope you will explore the options with us. We've found that local knowledge of our courses, their technicality, how the altitude plays into the equation, and unknown tips/tricks make a huge difference on race day. There is no better knowledge than local knowledge, and MVB Coaching is here to make sure you are prepared to thrive and succeed on race day!

Broken Arrow Training Peak Plan
Pre-Built Plan by Distance
$75 for 8-week plan beginning 4/27/25

Option 1 includes a training plan delivered through TrainingPeaks. Sign up for a Basic Account and receive your plan through the web platform and a user-friendly app. Workouts can also be synced to your watch.
You'll receive basic strength programming, access to Slack or WhatsApp text channel (distance specific), and weekly updates/tips via email.

Broken Arrow Personalized Coaching
If you're seeking to PR or have the best day possible, there is no better option than a personalized coaching plan. MVB Coaching can take their intricate knowledge of the Broken Arrow courses and align with your desires, schedule and personal fitness level. No matter where you live, MVB coaching will prepare you for the specific demands of the Broken Arrow courses.
MVB Coaching has three levels of support to choose from, designed to offer different levels of coaching support.
